New IMTC Full Container Service from Fos to Casablanca / Tangiers Med

 We are pleased to announce the opening by our principals IMTC of a new service from FOS-SUR-MER to Casablanca and Tangiers Med.
This direct service - that will come in addition to the well known biweekly container/roro/bbulk service from Marseilles port - will be fully containerized and consist of a weekly sailing from FOS to below ports without transhipment:
- Genoa
- Barcelona
- Valencia
- Tangiers Med
- Casablanca
- Algeciras
- Back to FOS
Italian and spanish ports are mainly called for other owners' feedering needs while Tangier Med (transit time of 6 days) will meet the increasing demand of our clients towards a call in a Morocco northern port.
As far as Casablanca call is concerned, FOS-SUR-MER and Marseille sailings will complement one another and bring flexibility to customers. In the sense that they will have a choice between a premium fast biweekly service with 3 days transit time from Marseille to Casablanca; or a slightly longer 7 days transit time from Fos-sur-Mer but offering a competitive rate for low values commodities that do not need premium service.
